Kate Hudson is supporting the United Nations Foundation's "Girl Up" initiative, via her athleisure brand Fabletics.

The activewear label has launched a limited-edition global capsule collection with a "Girl Almighty" theme, set to launch on May 8. The collection -- part of an ongoing partnership between Fabletics and Girl Up -- will see 20% of its net proceeds directed to the Girl Up's "SchoolCycle" initiative, which works to provide disadvantaged girls around the world with bikes and maintenance training to enable them to travel to school.

"I'm so excited to unveil the Girl Almighty collection in support of Girl Up," said Hollywood actress-turned-designer Hudson in a statement. "It has been a truly rewarding experience to work closely with the organization and the girls to create a collection that spreads the message that girls and women are the fearless leaders of tomorrow."

Featuring six outfits made from pieces spanning sports bras, leggings, tank tops and a hoodie, the "Girl Almighty" series aims to "inspire girls and women to stand up and celebrate each other regardless of size, shape, age or ability." The line comes in a size-inclusive XX3-3X and features a color palette of jasmine, cashmere, dusty rose, and clay hues.

"At Girl Up, we give girls leadership training and a platform to make their voices heard," said Anna Blue, Co-Executive Director of Girl Up. "Every girl deserves a chance to achieve her dreams, and with a SchoolCycle bike, girls can get safely to school and choose their own future."

Co-founded by Hudson in 2013, Fabletics aims to offer high-quality activewear for women at an accessible price point. The brand has since grown rapidly since its inception, and now counts 24 retail locations across the US.
