Delphine Medaouri was appointed France General Manager for Danish jewellery brand Pandora last September. Formerly COO for Dutch fashion retailer C&A in France, Medaouri succeeded Patrick Szraga, who was in charge of the Danish jewellery retailer's French subsidiary since 2011.

Delphine Medaouri joined the C&A group in 2012 as Retail Director France, and then became Marketing Director in 2014. Before C&A, she worked at fashion retailer Caroll, notably as France and international retail director, and for other brands such as Georges Rech and Lamarthe.

Pandora designs, manufactures and distributes its jewellery directly, and is present in France since 2011. It currently operates over 70 stores in the country, plus a series of retail corners in department stores and multibrand retailers. The jewellery brand was founded in Denmark in 1982 and in 2016 it generated a revenue of €2.7 billion. Its forecast for 2017 is to reach €3.2 billion.

Pandora jewellery is sold in over 100 countries worldwide through a network of 7,900 stores, of which over 2,100 are monobrand retailers.
