MADRID, May 27 (Reuters) - Spanish textile maker Dogi (DGI.MC) has filed for administration, the company announced late on Tuesday 26 May, having failed to obtain financing.

It said Dogi was still operating, however, and its management was working on a viability plan.
Other group units abroad were not involved in the bankruptcy process and were working as normal, it added.
The company posted a net loss of 59.2 million euros ($82.7 million) in 2008.
Trading in the shares of Dogi has been suspended, stock market regulator CNMV said in a statement.
