While it is expected to open a new shop in Paris in September, the French ski garment company also has growing ambitions beyond the Gallic borders...

During the back-to-school season, the premium brand will inaugurate three commercial spaces in the Seibu department stores in Japan. This is an emotional comeback for the French brand, as Fusalp had left the land of the Rising Sun in the 1980s. The offer will include the men, women, ski and après-ski collections.

Fusalp, which still makes 85% of its sales in France, will also settle in Aspen, the famous American ski resort, through a partnership with the 'Performance Ski' store. This is just the beginning, according to Fusalp: "This arrival prefigures further ambitious developments for the next season".

Taken over by Sophie and Philippe Lacoste 18 months ago, and by Alexandre Fauvet, former executive director of Lacoste, the Fusalp brand will also will sold in Stockholm, in one of the two NK department stores of the Swedish capital.

Last, the brand will also be sold online on Net-a-Porter.
