BERLIN, Nov 17 (Reuters) - German fashion house Hugo Boss (BOSG_p.DE) does not expect business to improve on a full-year basis before 2011 but plans to increase capital spending on opening new shops slightly next year, its head said on Tuesday 17 November.

"The year 2011 could be the first full year when we see things improving," Chief Executive Claus-Dietrich Lahrs told Reuters on the sidelines of a luxury conference in Berlin.
"The first half of 2010 will continue to be challenging but the second half will probably be better. I expect customers to remain cautious on how much they spend in 2010."
