French sport outfitter Le Coq Sportif is flexing its muscles, notably by opening a flagship store in Paris and by focusing on a series of collaborations. The brand is busy in both the sport and lifestyle segments, and has unveiled new projects for accessories.

In mid-November, Le Coq Sportif and Krys will launch their first eyeglasses model - DR

Le Coq Sportif is about to introduce its first products created together with the Krys group, offering an eyewear collection that is manufactured in France. Local manufacturing is an asset that Le Coq Sportif already emphasises through its development of sporting equipment, created at a factory in Romilly-sur-Seine, in northern France, where output capacity continues to increase.

The Le Coq Sportif-Look collaboration - Le Coq Sportif

By signing a new agreement with sporting events organiser ASO to outfit the Tour de France and other events managed by ASO, Le Coq Sportif has signalled its passion for cycling.

Together with Tour de France products, the French brand has also developed another range targeting cyclists. Furthermore, at the end of the year it will introduce a directional, limited edition collaboration with sports brand, Look. It will consist of a couple of tech tops and two shoe models, featuring Look's signature colours and sporting Le Coq Sportif's cockerel crest. The collection will be available at selected stores and directional retailers.

Collaboration with Clémentine Henrion - Le Coq Sportif

On the lifestyle side, Le Coq Sportif has drenched its sneaker range in colours, calling on French illustrator Clémentine Henrion.

The graphic designer has drawn inspiration from motifs typical of porcelain tableware or from traditional Japanese prints, offering a new take on the brand's key models.

At the same time, Le Coq Sportif has produced a collaboration with PartyFine, the label created by French electronic musician Yuksek, and is offering a selection of three tracks to go with its LCS R800 sneaker.
