Cozzani had held the position of CFO since 2016. She left the company on September 30 "to embrace other professional opportunities," as stated by Prada through a press release. Bonini will join the group as of May 2. He will be in charge of the group’s administration, finance, control, tax, and investor relations departments, reporting directly to chief executive officers Miuccia Prada and Patrizio Bertelli.

Benoni started his career at M&A Gallo & C. in Milan before joining Goldman Sachs in 2005, where he worked in the investment banking division. He was also responsible for the "Luxury and Brands" sector in Europe, before being promoted to the managing director position in 2015.

Prada will additionally be welcoming De Dona as general counsel. She is responsible for supervising, developing and consolidating all legal, intellectual property and corporate affairs of the company.

She has extensive experience in the legal field, both at a national and international level, as well as in the governmental sector, having previously served as chief of staff at the Italian Ministry of Justice, and in the private sector as deputy general counsel of the Ferrero Group. Her more recent role was at the American group The Hershey as international general counsel.

Finally, the company has appointed Diego Maletto as internal auditing director. He will report to the chairman of the board of directors Paolo Zannoni. The manager's career has included stints with the Ernst & Young consulting firm in Italy and the United States. He was also in charge of the internal audit of the telecom company Vodafone for Italy, Greece, Albania and Malta. Most recently, he held the position of group audit director at the Italian motorway company Autostrade per l'Italia.
