The three-level 6,515 square foot store is located at 2148-2150 rue de la Montagne, and features the brand's suits, casual wear, evening wear, private shopping and made-to-measure services. The retail inauguration party was attended by Nish De Gruiter, the brand's vice president.

Suitsupply's other Canadian store in Toronto is located on Hazelton Avenue in the city's trendy Yorkville precinct.

Suitsupply was started in 2000 by Fokke de Jong in Amsterdam. Today, the vertically-integrated suit maker is present in more than 20 countries and counts 70 international stores from Milan to New York and Shanghai to Singapore.

Most Suitsupply stores are located in the United States for a total count of 22, with seven 'coming soon' stores, according to its website.

Moreover, Suitsupply bowed its first Dubai flagship last month. It will open its first Australian store in Sydney in summer 2017.
