Esprit sets its mind to conquer again with new teams. After the arrival of Ronald Van der Vis as CEO in June 2009, the brand has just announced more arrivals from Jan Nord and from Jörgen Andersson to the respective positions of artistic director and brand manager. The two friends held the same positions at H&M. Andersson worked for the Swedish group for 25 years.

Officially, these two new positions have just been especially created but the appointments do follow the departures of certain executives at Mexx, where Thomas Grote, former president of the brand took up the reins in 2009. Jan Nord and Jörgen Andersson will work on all Esprit’s collection lines.
